PacemPromptElement is a chat-like, multiline field (its value is the plain text) that grows with its content, between min-rows and max-rows.
Enter sends it (send-combination, e.g. ctrl+enter; Shift+Enter starts a new line), then the field clears (unless clear-on-send="false").
Its <pacem-prompt-trigger> children open suggestions when their key gets typed (at the start of the text or after a space); the query may contain spaces, as long as it has suggestions.
What a picked row becomes depends on the trigger's kind:
mention (default): a chip, deleted as a whole, whose value is kept apart from its label: the send event carries both (detail.text, detail.picks);command: plain text, emphasized while recognized at the start of the text; sending it fires, on the trigger, {name}command (here on-deletecommand, whose detail is the argument) and a generic command event (also on the prompt), instead of send;replacement: the row's value replaces the query (here emoji); with a terminator, typed or pasted shortcodes like  get replaced too (Ctrl+Z restores them).Triggers are bindable like any element: the # one builds its suggestions from its own triggerquery event.
